Massages are available by appointment only. Appointments are available Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays. Please use the Book Now button on the hours and scheduling page to view my online booking schedule, any openings will be visible on the schedule. Please keep in mind that I tend to book out about 2 weeks as you look for appointments and advance the calendar appropriately. I rarely have same day appointments available.

 

First time clients, take advantage of the introductory rate of $45 for a 60 Minute Massage or $70 for a 90 Minute Massage!

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist based in the Columbus, Ohio area. I combine massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Ortho Release, and Manual Lymph Drainage, and Craniosacral Therapy, to create a personalized massage for each client. My passion is alleviating chronic pain through touch and balancing the body for a more even and grounded feeling. I have experience with migraines, fibromyalgia and other connective tissue disorders, arthritis, and chronic edema. I am also a Complete Lymphedema Therapist, trained in the Vodder Technique of Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy. I recently started the Corepak of classes offered by the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy, and now offer Craniosacral Therapy as I have completed level 1. I also offer Hot Stone massage, prenatal, and oncology massage.
